CUSTOM SEALED AIRTIGHT INFLATABLES

Creatable Inflatables is a pioneer in the inflatables industry. Our sealed inflatables, or airtight inflatables, are inflatable products that do not require a constant blower system to keep them inflated. In the inflatable industry, there are generally two major types of inflatable products, and those are:

  • Single-Layer, Cold-Air Models: Our single-layer, cold-air models require continuous inflation through the use of internal or external inflators, which vary in size and power requirements depending on the inflatable.

  • Dual-Layer, Airtight Models: Our airtight models don’t require an inflator. They’re manufactured with an internal bladder that locks the air in and an external printed cover that wraps over the bladder, showcasing your design.

No Outlet, No Problem

Flexibility in design is something we like to focus on, which is why we offer two inflation options for most of our inflatables. Airtight inflatables offer true freedom from the electrical outlet. So if you’re setting up in a place that might not have power, choosing sealed inflatables is your best choice.

Advantages of an Airtight Design

Beyond not requiring a power outlet, airtight or sealed designs allow you to set up in quieter locations, places where a traditional blower motor might be too distracting. Many of our clients find this type of custom inflatables useful for indoor trade show booths, point-of-purchase displays, and events in remote locations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are Airtight Inflatables?

These inflatables are filled with air and then sealed to help keep them stable and in shape. Accordingly, they don’t need to be connected to a blower system.

Also known as sealed inflatables, they come with 2 layers: an inner and outer layer.

  • Inner Layer: Found on the inside (deeper), this is the layer that is often filled with air.

  • Outer Layer: This is the part you see and touch after the inflatable is set up. Made through amazing sewing, this provides both the visible design and a durable cover for the inflatable’s inner layer.

To foster airtightness, the seams of airtight inflatables are heated and melted together through a process known as Radio Frequency (RF) welding. With this, air stays inside it at all times.

Customization: Just like cold air inflatables, these can also be customized according to your wants and needs. Your desired artwork, details, and more can be printed onto them to suit the event or occasion they’ll be used for.

Moreover, we can create inflatables with different designs, shapes, and sizes to suit your liking.  Whether you are looking for a custom donut inflatable to place outside your food stand or a giant golf ball inflatable for your golf tournament, we can get you exactly that.

What is the Turnaround Time for Custom Airtight Inflatables?

When it comes to custom sealed inflatables, everyone has their own tastes, designs, and desired outlook.  For that reason, the time required to complete each project may vary. Simple designs can be turned around in as little as 48 hours.

Because design and manufacturing are done in-house, we’re able to deliver quicker turnarounds and higher quality than offshore vendors. Therefore, regardless of the inflatables you’re looking for, you can expect a quality product with fast delivery.

What are the Differences Between Cold Air and Airtight Inflatables?

1. Inflatable Mechanism

Sealed inflatables come with an inner layer that will be filled with air and then sealed. This means you do not have to supply constant airflow to keep it inflated.

On the other hand, cold air inflatables require a constant airflow, provided by a blower.

2. Dependency on Power

Cold air inflatables are limited to areas with a constant and reliable supply of electricity. That’s because, for proper operation, the blower has to be powered on the entire time to keep providing steady airflow.

Since no blower is needed for airtight inflatables, they can be moved, placed, and used in different locations, including remote areas where there is no electricity.

3. Noise

The constant operation of the cold air inflatables’ blowers can create a space that is a bit noisy.

In contrast, the elimination of blowers for sealed inflatables ensures much quieter operation.
