Our Designers Create Your Concept
This includes defining shape and volume, and ensuring structural engineering for large-scale inflatable stability.
Our design stage also includes air retention engineering, where engineers prototype the best system to maintain pressure and structural integrity, such as a sealed vs. constant airflow system.

Client collaboration is at the core of our design process. Led by your vision, we’ll provide digital 3D modeling and rendering for your approval, and iterative revisions as needed.
We Begin Pattern Development and Panel Layout Engineering
Our engineering team converts your approved 3D model into a series of 2D, color-coded patterns using advanced CAD software. This essential phase not only prepares your design for printing but also ensures the inflatable maintains perfect proportions and strength during assembly.
Your Design Is Brought to Life with State-of-the-Art Printing
Using high-definition graphics, we use large-format printing or graphic application to actualize your design. We use only durable, high-quality materials such as 7- to 18-ounce vinyl. A lighter nylon is used for custom inflatable costumes.

Sewing and Assembly Commences
Our US-based technicians precisely cut, sew, and assemble each piece. This typically involves industrial sewing and/or sealing of fabric panels for high precision and strength.
We use two different sealing processes depending on materials used: Radio Frequency Welding or Heat Sealing. These processes provide superior seam strength and maximum airtight integrity on your inflatable.
This stage also includes:

Integration of internal air chambers and support structures, allowing inflatables to maintain their complex shapes and stability.

Surface finishing for visual realism and branding impact.

Quality control and inspection processes to ensure your inflatable meets our high standards.
We Coordinate Shipping and Delivery
We coordinate your delivery at this stage. We’ll also discuss long-term reuse considerations for rental fleet assets, such as safe setup.
